Ordered 2 of this season's Stone Island pullovers because they were 30% cheaper than anywhere else. Disappointed that one of them arrived with a hole in the neckline and smelled of cigarette smoke (used?). Good recovery from VM though because they arranged for a courier to pick up both jumpers at their cost and they sent me a promo code for free next day delivery and a discount which I used to buy a Stone Island jacket at less than half price. Refund on the jumpers was applied promptly so overall I'm happy.

I wrote the Van Mildert about the cuff link box my husbands gift was delivered in. It had a cut in the box and I asked for an exchange and they have not even got back to me. I advised that if I had bought this in store I would not have accepted it. Poor service.

Normally would give alot more stars but on this occasion only one as I have been waiting nearly 4 weeks on part of my order and still nothing ? Situation has been sorted now and I'm sure it was a one off.Wouldn't stop me shopping here again ?

I made a complaint by email 10 days ago about delivery and still awaiting a response, I'd complain again if I thought it would make any difference but it clearly wont.
